Deaccessed 530 Beryl var. Emerald Coscuez mine, Muzo, Vasquez-Yacopi Mining District, Boyacá Department, Colombia miniature 4.5 x 3.5 x 3 cm ex. Martin Zinn Martin Zinn #6229 (w/label) A diminutive (15 x 5 mm) but nearly flawless emerald sitting regally on a matrix of massive white calcite over schist. The crystal is un-included and gem clear throughout; the matrix beneath the inner edges of the emerald is clearly visible. The top of the prism displays wonderful beveled faces.
