789 Fluorite Gibralter Mine, Naica, Mun. de Saucillo, Chihuahua, Mexico small-cabinet 6.5 x 5.5 x 4 cm The back of the specimen has an old marking, apparently reading "Cananea Sonora" (the last letter of Cananea seems to have been abraded off. However, according to mindat.org, fluorite doesn't occur at any of the Cananea mines, Also, the stepped fluorite just smacks of Naica to my eye, so I'm inclined to go with that as the correct locality. labelMineral Occurances
