945  Forsterite var Peridot with Magnetite
Sapat Gali (Soppat; Suppat; Sumpat), Manshera, Naran-Kagan Valley, Kohistan District, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan
small-cabinet  4.5 x 4 x 2.5 cm

Illustrated in the Mineralogical Record, Vol. 51 No. 6 pg. 799 Figure 35.

A very unique specimen. Good single crystals are much more common; I have not seen another with as many well formed, sharp, and gemmy Peridots. The pair of Magnetites in the center are the sugar on top!
